Bookings & Payments

All course fees must be paid in full via your chosen payment method before your course commencement date. All deposits and course fees are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We understand that circumstances can change. You are permitted one course date transfer only in the event of sickness or an emergency, incurring a $100 transfer fee.

If notice is given between 14 and 7 days before training, your booking may be rescheduled and your deposit transferred to a new date. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 7 days of the training date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Failure to attend your training without notice (no-show) will result in the full course fee being charged.

Free Additional Training

Free additional in-person training must occur within a 6-week period after finishing your course.

Transfers

Bookings are not transferable to another person without prior written approval from Modern Lash Training.

Models

There are no prerequisites required to attend training. Students are responsible for sourcing their own models unless otherwise agreed. If sufficient notice is provided, Modern Lash Training may assist in sourcing a model, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Certificates

Certificates of completion will be issued upon successful completion of the course. Attendance and participation are required.

Health & Safety

Students are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to training. Modern Lash Training reserves the right to refuse or discontinue training if proceeding may compromise health, safety, or treatment outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, texts, images, and any other content provided as part of the eyelash extension course, are the intellectual property of Modern Lash Training. These materials are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used without the express permission of Modern Lash Training.

Liability

All training is provided for educational purposes only. Individual results may vary. Modern Lash Training is not responsible for outcomes achieved after training, including client results or business performance.

General

Modern Lash Training reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website.
